HLP2 Tobacco Packing Machinery general

HLP2 Cigarette Packing Machine  consist of  bellow 5  parts:
•YB43 Packer
•Stamper
•YB59 Wrapper
•YB69 Cartoner
•YB99 Overwrapper.

It consists of hinged-lid packet packer, stamper, packet film wrapper, cartoner, and carton film overwrapper, and it can automatically perform the operation of hinged-lid packet packing, stamping, packet film wrapping, carton packing and carton film overwrapping.

This  packing line is mainly composed for four single machines: YB43A Cardboard Packet  Packing Machine, YB59A Packet Film Packing Machine, YB69A Carton Packing Machine  and YB99 Carton Film Packing Machine (Coupon Insert Unit and YTB Tax Mark  Sticking Unit are optional

YB99 Overwrapper

5) YB99 Overwrapper
This product is used for overwrapping of cigarette carton with BOPP film. Also it can be used for naked overwrapping of cigarette packets (soft and hard packets applicable) in two layers (2×5 for 20’s packet) or in four layers (4×5 for 10’s packet) directly with BOPP film(without carton).

This product is used for packing 10 packets of cigarette in two layers (2×5) into one carton.

YB59 Wrapper

This product is used for wrapping of cigarette packets with BOPP film, so as to keep the moisture content of cigarette unchanged and cigarette flavor fresh inside the packet, A tear tape is also winded around the BOPP film for easy opening of packet.
